We ship from Connecticut, USA.
What is the order processing time?
We process orders within 24 hours. If ordered on Friday your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.
If you are a US customer it is safe to order at least one week before your party. If you are an international customer the delivery time depends on the time they take at the customs in your country. It is safe to order 2-3 weeks ahead of time.
Which shipping method should I choose?
We offer USPS and UPS as shipping service options. UPS is more reliable than USPS in terms of estimated delivery date. Please choose UPS if you require a guaranteed delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free First Class shipping for all domestic orders of $35 and more.
I ended up not using some of the items I ordered. Can I return them?
Yes. As long as the products are unopened you can return them to us. Please email us at info@merrilulu.com with your order number. Once we receive the items refund will be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order only if your order has not been processed at our warehouse yet. We ship the same day or the next day so please send us an email at info@merrilulu.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
My order came damaged. What can I do?
We are sorry your order came damaged. Please email us at info@merrilulu.com with your order number along with the issue with your order. We will send you a new one as soon as possible.
