Dinosaur Egg Craft
My kids love playing with ice on hot summer days. I would like to share this fun activity I did with my kids. Making ice dinosaur eggs were so easy and mess free!
What you need: Tiny toy dinosaurs and balloons
STEP 1: Stuff toy dinosaurs into the balloons. It's easier if one person stretches out the opening and the other person drops the dinosaurs in.
STEP 2: Fill the balloons with water and tie the opening.
STEP 3: Freeze the balloons overnight. Above is a photo of our frozen balloons.
STEP 4: Cut and peel the balloons. We used scissors to cut the knot.
Don't they look so cool?
You can play with these in many different ways. My kids competed to see who is going to melt the ice faster and get the dinosaurs out. They also enjoyed throwing them on the ground to watch how the ice breaks. My youngest played with one of these eggs in her bath.
